With the rapid development of our country’s military, medical, industrial and other areas, semiconductor lasers has been more widely used, and therefore, the laser power supply has also been widely used. Because the characteristics of the semiconductor, it requires low ripple, high accuracy, high stability, high efficiency constant current power supply.For its large volume, low efficiency, the traditional linear power can’t be further developed. The switching power supply has been widely used because of its small size, high power density, high efficiency and high precision control. Therefore, the development of low cost, small size, low ripple, high efficiency and high stability constant current switching power supply has a very important and far-reaching significance, which played a crucial role of the rapid development of our country.The second chapter analyzes the types of ripple harm’s, the impact on the device, and an analysis of the commonly used methods ripple rejection. And on this basis, the third chapter analyzes the phase-shifted full-bridge current doubler rectifier circuit topology, gives the entire work process of phase-shifted full-bridge current doubler rectifier circuit, analyzes of phase-shifted full-bridge circuit the scope and impact of the soft switch soft-switching characteristics of the switching noise, and analyzes the doubler rectifier circuit inhibition and principles of the ripple. The fourth chapter gives a phase-shifted full-bridge current doubler rectifier low ripple current power supply of hardware and software design solutions, and the influence of sampling time on system stability. Finally, according to the design made a low ripple constant current power supply which use DSP as the core controller. The fifth chapter gives the simulation and experimental results.
