Application Of Computer Control And Simulation In AS/RS

In this paper, automatic control technology in AS/RS is discussed. The AS/RS is not only a part of CIMS and FMS but also an indispensably storage tache of modern logistics engineer.Because the AS/RS can realize the automatic retrieval of goods, improve largely labor productivity, and decrease the cost of logistics, it is more and more noticed. Based on reading more articles of research task, in this thesis the development of AS/RS is summed up completely. Founded on the past research and untied my experience, a blocking method is advanced, by which the design of AS/RS is divided into four parts; after goods is expressed, Data Mining is introduced and can find the rule of retrieval of goods. For a certain AS/RS, an instance of simulation software is developed. Based on the past technology, the exchange method between ERP system and IWMS system is improved, the communicating method between base hardware and IWMS is also improved. As a result, they bring more convenience in the exchange of data between IWMS and epigenous computer or hypogynous computer.Since the development of automatic technology in AS/RS is a process where new technology is used continually, the automatic level of AS/RS is decided by science technology following the development of science technology. But it is a selectivity application of technology, and requires that science and technology researchers in AS/RS apply new technology befittingly, which will help AS/RS realize full automatization.
