In the current information age, IT information system has been widely used in almost all of the companies. In particular, sales of the industry, all sales information exchange in the same database, so the level of retail management and efficiency has come a long way to improve and accelerate the pace of development in the industry. Currently on the market retail management systems are emerging, but for certain special kind of professional retail sales are only a handful of systems. Almost all existing software can not satisfy all needs. As the most high-end sales industry, luxury goods sales pay more attention in customer service and after-sales service. If such retail management system which is designed for the luxury goods industry exists, through information management, the company will have a much multiplier effect on building brand reliability, the same on increasing brand competitiveness.In this paper, the feasibility analysis and discussion of retail management systems in luxury industry will be started under such background. In Java 1.6 environment, a comprehensive retail management system which meets field's requirements will be designed by B/S framework, Hibernate, Struts2 and other advanced technology. In the system analysis part, this retail management system will be divided into several independent subsystems. They can combine with each other and become a complete system after defining the interfaces. Besides common data records and product management tasks, the system will show its strong function in customer information records, after-sale service support and sales performance analysis. A retail management system which meets the industry requirements will provide strong data support in enhancing customer communication and drawing multivariant and correct marketing strategies.
