The Study On Automatic Control System Of The Car Handling System

In this paper, by well studying the car handling system, which is the key device of the transport coal system in the power plant, a new control system scheme is put forward. The system is based on PC control system. Meanwhile, after researching the key technology of ethernet applied in industrial field and analyzing the features of the PC-Based control system, integrating OptiLogic Ethernet RTU and Think&Do Soft, an PC controller based Ethernet bus mode is developed, which is applied in the car handling automatic control system and the transport coal system in the power plant. Applying the system, the production efficiency of the car handling system is raised, the information integration of the whole transport coal supervisory control system is enhanced, "automatic island" is eliminated, which emerges between the control system and management system owing to the difference of net protocols.In order to test the rationality of the control scheme and reliability of the system, an emulation system of the car handling control system is established. The emulation system is used for emulation experiments, system debugging and staff training.
