Aiming to specialty and actuality of network control system, This paper will have designed based on the industry ethernet network control system, which applies at present most popular industry ethernet EtherNet/IP in the network control carrying on the flux control, and will have the single neuron network PID controller to apply in this control system.The paper main mentality for through the industry Ethernet agreement (EtherNet/IP), to industry pitch point and so on in scene industry control device PLC and frequency changer carries on the correspondence, the real-time transmission data, carries on the data processing.The concrete implementation is which gathers the water pump flux in the simulation module in MicroLogix1500, then carries on the parameter scoped, its scoped in the integer scope which may control, carrying on this data in the PID control, then transmit the data to ControlLogix5550 system. This process is through RockWell's EtherNet/IP agreement to carry the correspondence. Finally passes this data to in the PowerFlex40 frequency changer, through adjust the frequency to carry second control. Finally returns to data in turn. Feeds back to the simulation quantity module, carries on the closed-loop control. As a result, performance is control speed quick, moreover accurate rate is high.Can very quickly meet control requirements. Joins the perturbation at random, also can quickly restore to the original state.The paper main technology manifests in the data neuron PID control and in the industry ethernet data transmission. After joined the neuron PID algorithm, Control result obviously improvemed.at the same time, because of introduced in Rockwell EtherNet/IP agreement which transmit the data.made the transmission wrong, time delay and data packet size and so on which in the data transmission process all had improvemed distinctly.
