Application Of The Technology Of Fieldbus In Embedded Operating System

The paper expatiates the characteristics and predominance of Profibus, and analyses the protocol structure and communication principle in reference to the network structure of single master from the viewpoint of development and application. The solution is presented to realize Profibus-DP, by the way of hardware and software realization. The Profibus-DP Master Station designed in this paper is made up of PC/104 microprocessor module and Profibus-DP communication interface card. It is researched the basic characteristics, the customization process and the driver program of Windows CE in the paper. After the brief introduce of the Profibus-DP communication interface card designed in this paper, the driver program of which under Windows CE is presented. In order to enhance the work efficiency of the hardware, the software realization part of Profibus-DP protocol is embedded into the driver.It also introduces the soft interface between Windows CE driver and the configuration software MCGSE(Embedded Version). At last, It recommends the debug process of the hardware and software, and the advanced view of the research task.The strong points of the Profibus-DP Single Master Control System are: low cost, simple plan, well expansibility, easy operation, credible communication and so on.
