| Study on the technique of automatic generation of product maintenance process based on network is the urgent need of engineering. Traditional maintenance method and basketry of maintenance process cannot meet the need of fast and exact maintenance from customer. Therefore, it is of great significance to research the automatic generation of product maintenance process based on network using the technique of network, computer and multimedia.Firstly, the author of the dissertation analyzes comprehensively the present researches and problems about the remote maintenance of product. According to B/S model, the author puts forward the system structure of automatic generation of product maintenance process based on network. Secondly, based on product structure and maintenance characteristics, the author establishes the building block chart of the sequence of disassembly or assembly used for maintenance, create the coding method and arithmetic to realize the automatic generation of product maintenance. Thirdly, in the aspect of visualized maintenance process, the author researches the facture of multimedia for maintenance. Based on method of knowledge acquiring, the author designs the structure of database. Finally, based on web database, the author uses the technique of asp.net to realize the system data interactive functions and design the web application program in the framework of .NET put forward by Microsoft.By applying such theoretical design ideas, the author develop a website for the automatic generation system of product maintenance process using Dongfeng EQ1090E gear-box as an example. The system can generate the product maintenance process automatically and demonstrate the maintenance multimedia. The system is open and the customers can input their own maintenance process. |
