Academic Analyse And Programming Of Telecom Special Bill System

With the globalization of world economy and the reform of Chinese telecom industry, Chinese telcos are facing more and more fierce competition from both market structure and enterprise management, among which telecom informationization stands great importance. Since the year 2001, telecom informationization has caught enormous attention from the industry.OSS(Operation Support Systems) is the basic support platform for telecom services and BSS ( Business Support Systems) realizes the function of customer support. Therefore, the construction of OSS/BSS, especially the billing system actually becomes the focus of telecom informationization construction.The thesis starts with the analysis of current telecom industry, and introduces the popular concept of OSS/BSS. Then, with the description of the OSS of China Unicom and the importance of its billing system, the paper conducts demand analysis of billing system and addresses the issues of programming and design of a few modules in the billing system. Finally, it summarizes the existing problems and the development trend of the billing system.In addition, the thesis mentions the concept of uniform pre-process, which is the development trend of the pre-process module of billing system.
