As a general artificial lifting extraction mode, mechanical pump well has taken an important role in the world oil extraction for its proven technique, reliable performance and well adaptability, for underground reserves decreasing year-by-year, percent of water increasing year after year, in order to keep high and stable yields, restrict management ways and efficient technical measures must be taken in DaQing Oil Field.The dynamic control diagram of pump well is a way to describe relations between liquid supporting and liquor drainage of a well or an area when oil extracting, it underwent eye measurement, star graph and pump state chart, underwent a development process of practice, understanding, repractice and reunderstanding. It worked on oil managing, parameter adjusting, pump changing,yields incresing and inject increasing.The pump state chart is mainly described by using relations between flowing pressure and pump efficacy, this way was authorized in 1989, and was used extensively in DaQing Oil Field. But with the change of underground condition and underground reserves, flowing pressure didn' t fully reflect suction inlet pressure of pump. Technicans are trying to find out a more reasonable point to describe work state of pump for some reasonless factors of this model, the key technology of developing ADS is on adopting a means by using theoretical calculation and curve fitting to build a reasonable pump state graph model, the model' s rationality based relations between pump efficacy and sinking depth is illustrated by restrict programme argumenting. and effectiveness is checked out by practical data, and on the basis of this model, implement adjusting plan choicing, effect analyzing, economic benefit valuing and so on. and supply efficient technology support formanagers.
