Time-grating displacement sensor is a new displacement sensor. The research for it is a creative work that has far researching significance. Compared with the traditional grating sensors, time-grating displacement sensor has some marked advantages such as simple structure and manufacture crafts, strong resistance for interference and low cost, which make it has satisfactory market prospect.Time-grating displacement sensor of the field type is further improved based on all kinds of time-grating displacement sensors former advanced by our research group. Firstly, the thesis introduces the theory of Time-grating displacement sensor and system reviews the development of time-grating displacement sensors, on the base the author expatiates the concept and theory of the field type and discusses a applied scheme that circumgyrate magnetic field is used to construct the comparative movement-coordinate of time-grating displacement sensor of the field type. In the succedent chapter, for explaining how to construct the development-system of time-grating displacement sensor of the field type, the author concretely discuss the designing of the rotaray table , AC power supply and software ,especially the two power supply of Microcontroller and FM-PLL. Last, the author gives corresponding experimental scheme to test the performance of the sensor, particular analyzes experimental work of time-grating displacement sensor of the field type and plenty of data gained in it, and brings forward some way to improve the precision of the sensor. |
