It has different type and thousands of enterprises involved in. The managing of auditing is so complicated. It includes the managing of the auditor, the managing of the auditing task and so on. The human resource of the auditing department is limited. The employees of the auditing department need to fill lots of sheet to assistant the management of the auditing. This work is most of their daily work. To establish a automatic managing system will help to complete the managing work for the auditing department. And by using modern technology, innovation of managing will be realized. So this will be benefit for the auditing getting more fair and square.The auditing managing system illustrated by this article is focused on the automatic managing of the metrological auditing. This system is used for managing information in the process of the auditing. Therefore, the system includes user management, auditor management and the auditing task management. The most important part is the auditing task management. The function of the auditing task management is based on the process of the auditing. The core function in this part is automatic finding the auditor by the system. The theory of function is matching the code for the auditor and code for the task instead of checking the ability of the auditor and the requirement of task. The part for managing auditor will assistant administrator to managing the information of the auditor,for example the certificate of the auditor and the code for the auditor.In the realization of the system, the most used three frameworks(Struts, Spring, Hibernate) in the development in Java Web is adopted, to build SSH architecture. SSH architecture adopts layered design thinking, puts together three prevailing frameworks. Presentation layer has adopted Struts Framework. Business layer has used Spring Framework. Persistence layer has used HIBERNATE. So far, the framework already has combined MVC, bean management of Spring, database function of HIBERNATE. The loose coupling between every layer framework greatly raises development efficiency and maintaining efficiency of Web application program.The system has added functions than before. The system not only accomplishes the process of the auditing,but also adds the function of automatic finding the auditor,this improve the system more equitable, more fair and more open. The superior administrator management function is added for the situation that the Employee did not have the right. The realization of the system is benefit for the auditing, and will be a model for the similar government auditing work.
