An enterprise should store a number of raw and processed materials in order to maintain the normal manufacture. These materials are so called inventory. It is very important to a product enterprise to control inventory effectively. At present, there have many problems in the most of produce enterprises in our country, that the number of the overstocking inventory and the capital to maintain the inventory is much more than the one in the same kind of enterprise. It is a sign that the plan of purchasing materials is not suit; it is not enough to control semi-manufactured goods; subjective factor influence the choice to the supplying enterprises. Therefore, the author attempt to research the inventory controlling system in product enterprises at the base of controlling the number of inventory and purchasing cost, and then develop a suit of inventory controlling system whose modal is the Huber vehicle-bridge enterprise.Material requirements planning and just in time are the two of prevailing product managing modes at present. MRP can be adept well to the uncertainly exterior factors, but it is not as good as the JIT in dealing with the interior factors. Considering the above factor, there adopt the mixture of the MRP and JIT to control the number of inventory. In other words, there adopt the MRP to plan the whole product system and the first pulling materials, and then adopt the JIT to control the semi-manufactured goods and product process.In order to reduce the influence of the artificial factors to purchasing cost, the paper introduces the fuzzy to choose the supplying enterprises, and then transfer the judging standard from the qualitative to the quantitative. In other way, at first adopt the analytic hierarchy process to constitute analytic model, and then use the synthetically fuzzy judgment to ascertain the judging result of supplying enterprises.At the base of the above thought and Intranet network in existence, the author develops a suit of inventory controlling system, to which it adopt the B/W/D/C model. It consists of inventory managing module, inventory-managing module, supplying enterprises analyzing module and Web querying module. Putthe first three modules to the C/S end to meet the minority and put the last module to the B/S end to meet the majority. The two ends use the Web database in common. In the system the Delphi is the tool to develop the front stage, the Interdev is the one of the Web end and the SQL Server is the database.
