The article discussed some of the problems about the control of glass furnace; a set of intelligent arithmetic is put forward. The industrial furnace is a complex and unwieldy object for control. Scholars of control are paying a good deal of attention to this problem's solution.In this paper robust self-regulating algorithms is put forward, base on human practical operating for adjust system' s gain. And this algorithms have been proved to be valid by computer analogize for two different model.After a detailed analysis of the glass furnace, put award a method of Disassemble Multivariable Control: the upper levels use Fuzzy supervise control, provide reference signal for lower level; the lower level select and use a modified self-regulating fuzzy controller or a double closed-loop controller for time-sluggish system. We have a system modeling for melting part and clearing part in order to get the quantitative information. The intelligent arithmetic has been proved to be valid by computer simulation for those models.The last part of the article discussed briefly the composing of hardware and software of the Distributed Control System in the glass furnace. The system's quota has fulfilled requirement after glass furnace control system running, make advances in economy and society.
