This paper is original from an item on technical innovation in Line Electric Pump Limited Corporation, which is supported by AnHui Economic and Trade Committee. The project mainly researches on the measurment theory of the functional parameters about pump, as well as the error analysis and how to deal with the data measured by device. The system affimly reaches the precision in B level provided by state.The technology in pump is a subject which contains half theory and half experience. Testing research plays a decisive role in development of pumps. Based on many references form civil and abroad, the author mainly studies the measurment theory and method for flux, raising height, axial power and rotational velocity. Avoiding many complicated and intermediate courses for power wastage analysis, introduces the electric measurement and using efficiency curve of motor in measureing axial power, and satisfies the automatization of the device. The paper also provides a new method, Inductive Winding, in measuring rotational velocity of electromotor, supplys limitations of other method in measuring rotational velocity of electromotor in water, and meet practical needs in developing diving electric pump for corporation. According to the research, the author schemes out periphery measuring circuits based on microchip, accomplish to sample all of the singals which come from the transducers in real-time and high precision.Besides, the author analyses the general precision of the system and studies the main sources of the errors, deduces the mathematical model for chooseing the precision of the instruments. In order to insure the veracity of the data from software as possible, introduces the median filter and conic approach technique in dealing with measuring data.Through the studies in the paper, especially the measurements of axial power, rotational velocity, error analysis and data processing can provide practical significance in improving the precision and automatization of the pump device.
