The Application Of Field-bus Control System In The Traction Motor Testing Device

The presence and development of field-bus has brought an involution in industry control field. With its digital,distributed,and open character,field-bus has been a hot issue in control field. The control system based on field-bus is replacing traditional control system,and represents the orientation of advanced control system.The batch process is widely adopted in industry production. Batch control itself has such character and difficulty as high control flexibility,flexible control strategy,multi-control model,both switch control and simulation control. As presents higher demand on control system. With the development of field-bus technology,there is a new solution of adopting Field-bus Control System (PCS).The traction motor testing device is designed for processing motor testing when leaving factory or heavy repairing. Traction motor testing has multi-step,lots of test content,complex control,and logic condition among steps. It belongs to typical batch control. At present,traction motor testing devices in most railway factories and segments adopt handwork control,manual reading instruments and recording data. This method can't meet motor testing demand because of low efficiency and hard labor. This project takes on computer reconstructing on control system of traction motor testing device.This paper analyses the character and difficulty of batch control,researches realization technique of batch control based on PCS,presents logic interlock model between testing steps and circuitry switcher,and motor testing field control scheme. SHCAN2000 system,the hardware and software design and realization are also deeply discussed. Integrating motor testing computer reconstructing,the paper presents the solution of adopting SHC AN2000 system to realize auto control,including testing flow auto control,test data auto-collection,friendly human-machine interface,test reports auto building,etc. The function configuration realization of operation station and field control unit is discussed in this paper.This control system has successfully applied in Jiangsu province Qishuyanlocomotive and railway car factory. The system has strong function,good control effect,and generalize application value. This proves the scheme design properly and practically,which realizes batch control by FCS. This paper makes valuable attempt for field-bus' further application on industry control field.
