As the motor plant's improvement of automation in manufacturing-process, the increasing outport and new products made according to user's need, the traditional test equipments and processes, which are still operated by manual, have too much work (such as experiment's course-manipulation and data- disposal) to fulfill the demand in producing. In this dissertation, the testing power system are rebuilt on automating control under the background of alteration of special motor test station of Harbin Large Electrical Machinery Plant. The data acquisition equipment is introduced to achieve auto control in experiment course, monitor and control of the test power system, data acquisition, and automatization on data-disposal, etc. The practice illustrates this system can enhance experiment efficiency greatly. In the dissertation, the principle of control on test power supply is given. The hardware design and software design of control system is also elucidated. Data management, monitor and control of equipment, data acquisition, test data-disposal, report forms management have been programmed using system developing software (VB) and database (Access Database of Microsoft Office 2000).This dissertation analyzes the function of test power-supplying system and the aim of automatization alteration. 80C552 Microchip is applied to exploit the hardware to control the power system; computer control system network is made up of CAN Bus (Controller Area Network). And PID controller is used to realize voltage-loop and speed-loop control in power supply system.According to system function, local area network is built with three computers. The structure of test system network includes: main-controlling computer controls PZ4000 power analysis instrument for data sample of tested- motor by GPIB Bus; monitor and control computer on test-circuit uses Ethernet between the computer and IOTECH data sampling equipment to monitor and control the motor test-circuit; the computer of controlling test power system adopts RS232 to communicate with power supply control panel for system preferences and patrol the power system running status. Test system software platform built with VB to construct system frame and develop function modules, realizes system control, data disposal, parameter display, system alarm and test data save; Access Database is applied to accomplish system equipment's data management, test data store, data disposal, and kinds of test report management.The field test indicates that this system run reliably using microchip control system to control test process, to sample test data and dispose data in high speed, to communicate with computer stability. Further more, there are some features, such as friendly operating interface, steadily operation, high accuracy of dealing with test data, and great effect in curve fitting of test specialty. All prove the developed system correct and valid.
