The research of the laser measuring global radar technology can meet the need of the measurement on surface precision of radar antenna reflector under the working state. And it is important to analyze the precision of radar antenna surface measurement technology.Based on summarizing the methods of the surface measurement and its theories and limits, the thesis mainly analyses that of measuring the antenna surface precision by the laser non-contact fine measurement. It applies the electronic total station 3D-IMS (three-dimensional industrial measurement system), which based on the theory of forward intersectant mearement, to measure the spacial three-dimensional coordinates and get the measuring result by using the corresponding data processing softwares.The thesis discusses the factors affecting the measurement precision, and mainly analyses the choices of the best scheme on system orientation and of the optimized forward intersection pattern, as well as the ways of data processing.
