The photogrammetric measurement method in high-precision measurement of theposition and attitude of the aircraft is currently a research hotspot. This paper mainlyresearches the small intersection angle of binocular vision measurement system,proposes a model based on the measurement of the structural constraints and gives apractical engineering simulation algorithm.This paper firstly studied a single point’s position in a small intersection angleunder binocular measurement system. The results were: the error of the position error ismainly of the pointing error. In the case of the fixed structure of the binocularmeasurement system, the pointing error increases sharply with the distance increases insimulation based on measurements carried out on single point positioning. At the sametime, the theoretical Cramer-Rao lower bound theory measuring the lower bound of themeasurement of small intersection angle binocular vision. The camera parameters ofbinocular vision measurement system, the image extraction error analysis in smallintersection angle measurement environment and the binocular system structure on themeasurement accuracy are verify the impact of the various sources of error on themeasurement accuracy and the Cramer-Rao lower bound.This article also studies the binocular measurement system based on the model ofthe structural constraints in Gaussian noise model and proves the objective function inbinocular measurement system is the maximum likelihood estimation. The principle ofcovariance transports the image error to space point error, and gives the measurementerror of the objective function in the case of small intersection angle.Finally, in the solution process of the objective function, the paper presents the LMalgorithm and the generalized OI algorithm. In the small intersection anglemeasurement environment, the use of the absolute gesture directed to solving the initialvalue for the LM algorithm and computes a target to verify the correctness of the modelof the structural constraints.
