Antenna shape-surface measurement plays an important role in antenna's assembly,application and performance analysis.With the larger antenna aperture,more complex measurement environment,increasingly various raw materials and high working frequency,traditional antenna shape-surface measurement system has some limitations because of low measuring precision,low speed and high labor intensity,so it's difficult to meet the intelligent and high-precision measurement needs.Therefore,it is of great significance to research and develop the intelligent and high-precision antenna shape-surface measurement system which can meet the actual measurement requirements.In this paper,the high-precision measurement principle of the system is described based on the independently developed intelligent and high-precision antenna shape-surface measurement system.According to the practical application of the system,this paper put forward the concrete scheme of the system for measuring the shape of a parabolic antenna.An automatic target recognition and automatic aiming algorithm based on visual guidance is presented for the intelligent measuring of antenna shape-surface,which achieved the purpose of antenna shape-surface measuring,and the calibration and measurement procedures of the system are analyzed.Combined with the practical application of the system,this paper puts forward the specific scheme for the measurement of the surface shape of a parabolic antenna.Based on the common measurement object model,the method of fitting and error analysis of conic and quadric surface is proposed,and a detailed analysis of the method for solving the shape-surface error of the parabolic antenna is put out.On the basis of these studies,a set of measurement system software is developed,which realized some functions like human-computer interaction,real-time communication,system calibration and measurement.In the verification experiment of the system,the accuracy of the system's key parameters varied in the measuring environment.Experimental results shows that the system's ranging accuracy is ±0.3mm,and the coordinate measuring accuracy is superior to ±(15 ?m +15ppm),which meet the requirements of antenna shape-surface measuring in practical applications.
