Management Of Enterprise Association For Science And Technology And Its Information System Development

The management informationization of enterprises is one of the key technologies to the development of modern enterprises. Being one of the parts of enterprises, the enterprise association for science and technology (EAST) is not only the bridge through which the enterprises connect with technologists, but also the main communicating channel with the outside.Firstly, the article analyses the importance and necessity of informationization for the EAST. Combined with the requirement of Chongqing Changan association for science and technology(CAAST) management, the article brings forward the mode of the management of the EAST. Then, the article puts forward the scheme of the management information system of the EAST, and makes off the function module of the system, which includes: member management, science activity, continue education, popularizing science activity, consultation management, factory club cooperation, the project of golden bridge, constructing home activity, reviewing activity, 9 subsystems in all.Adopting C/S mode, The system is realized based on SQL Server7.0 and Delpi5.0, and is put in practice successfully. It is showed that the system has friendly interfaces and works reliably.
