The remote sensing technology is adopted in the paper, it is achieved that the detection of the land use at the right moment. Using GIS, the automatic collection, treatment, analysis and output for the data is brought about. The various special subject maps and the synthetic maps for the land use and the change maps for any one of the land types are drawn. With MIS, the attribute data and graphic data are managed.The paper presents several command types of Unified Regression Statistical Analyses Model, too. The standard form of each function and the method of a non-linear function changed into linear one are shown. The forecast models and synthetic evaluation models for the land use are built by unified regression statistical analysis models. The reliability for forecast result and forecast precision are given.Regarding a certain city of Hebei Province as an example, a set of the practical software is developed. It includes a whole process from the explanation and vector of the remote sensing image, various techniques are used for the picture treatment, the evaluation method calculation to the result analyses of the evaluation.
