In the invalid way of the project structure, the most dangerous way is rupture. It can not only causes enormous economic loss, but also can easily lose many people's life. If some way can monitor the inside state of the project structure (mainly stress, strain and crackle) real-time online , we can make the assessment to the security state of the engineering component real-time and reduce the loss of the accident remarkably . But because of the complexity of project structure and the faint internal signal of it, it is too difficult to make and measure those signal relatively. So the research of sensor become the most difficulties technological problem to be solved. How to adopt advanced technologies to solve these old difficulties technological problem is the common subject that present scientists of all the worlds face together.With the development of photoelectron technology, electronic technology, the computer and network technology in the 21st century, many subjects include of the technique of detecting the faint signals have developed into new stage. Some difficult problem of the detection techniques in the past has become possible to solve now. This text combines project realities, draw some good lessons of the advanced detection techniques abroad. This thesis details the way how t o detect the inside stress of the structure, and emphasize on how to detect those signals intelligently and networkedly.The thesis regards bridge as the research object, combine with modern photoelectron technology, micro-electronics technique, computer and network technology, design a long-distance intelligent photoelectricity system for detecting the internal stress of the bridge real-time online. The article consists of three parts mainly: The first part has described the method of detecting the faint signal, mainly include: detection technique of faint signal, principle of the optical fibre sensor, the little lose effects when optic fibre little curved, and the research of the stress sensor of optical fibre. The second part emphasizes on the design of the intelligent photoelectricity system, mainly tells the design of the circuit to process the faint photoelectricity signal, details the software and hardware design of intelligent photoelectricity system made of single chip microcontroller, LED, man-machine interface, communication interface, etc.The third part is the network communication of the detection system, details the technology of single chip microcontroller how to group the network , and the communication between single the chip microcontroller system and the Modem, and how to realize the data between the field and computer central exchanged through the existing public phone network.Adopting the method of burying the optical fibre sensors into the bridge, we can monitor the internal stress of the bridge real-time online. Connecting the system and computer centre through the network of public phone, we can realize the information centralized management and need no people on-the-spot.The last part of the thesis summarizes the intelligent photoelectricity system, and put forward the developping direction of further research of this subject.
