In automobile electronic environment, the disconnection of inductive loads, sudden interruption of series current, switching spikes and so on will cause large sudden surge voltages, that makes the work environment of all kind of automobile electronic production scurvy. The automobile electronic product always has to endure -500 to +500 surge voltage impact uninterruptedly. In order to ensure the reliability of the automobile electronic product quality and improve auto quality, before the automobile electronic assemble on auto they should by surge voltage impact. The designing method of traditional surge experimental table is using capacitance charge and discharge. But in my country, different manufactory using different standard, so the traditional surge experimental table cannot content the need. This paper analyzes and investigates the standard of lots of automobile manufacture and the cause of, surge voltage, adopting a new method to make the surge test table. This method is that, first, the computer create surge imitate signal, second, the simulative signal were magnify to the wave which range and energy like as the fact auto surge voltage. In some degree, this method decides the question of the surge voltage quickly following and quickly rising. Using the teleology of current computer control, electric power and current digital signals dispose, the author researches a new generation auto electronic environment aptitude simulate experiment table. It can connect the request and condition according to different manufacture and different environment. This equipment makes up the shortage of this kind of test in our country at the same time it can also economize foreign exchange.
