FRP is a kind of composit materials which has high specific intensity high specific rigi low density excellent corrsion-resistance. In the fierce market competition, the emphasis of technic are focused on advancing quality reducing cost and advancing efficiency. The moulding technics of FW is an advanced technics which has excellent performance.In the course of FW, we can utilize a kind of computing artificial system to simulate the process. Thus, the problems before-mentioned will emerge from Virtual Reality. The technic measures can be attained after reanalyzing and redesigning. The period design and research will be shortened and operating cost will be reduced.Firstly, we do some working on the deduction of equation about FW linear structure. For the sake of realizing the interaction of graphics, we must parametrizate the model and enactment several groups of parameters. Through analyzing the model, we can control the optimum effect of shape, analyse the relativity between parameters. The task of computer-human to inputting and outputting parameters interaction will be completed well by DELPHI. Contemporary, we might utilize derived VCL to build 3-D model parameterly.Secondly, after establishing the CAD of FW linear structure, we may deduct the athletics equation of FWM. In view of the shape character of FW core, we should analyse the FW contrail subsectionly. Certainly, the demarcation points must be considered to link them up through uniting the 3-D coordinate and making the central angle 9 to be variational parameter.As a standard, OpenGL has many functions such as mapping pespective transformation and lighten calculation. The simulation of athletics and scene is implemented through pespective transformation projection tranformation, opacity and so on.However, using visual C++ to programme is very complex.
