The author analyses and studies systematically the theories and methods of digital signal process; Having done a lot of beneficial attempt to introduce the new technologies and new methods from the pure digital signal process into the high-frequency electromagnet waves digital signal process. Based on the wholly-understanding of the transmit metrics of the high-frequency electromagnet and the principles of the digital signal process, the author introduce plenty of processing methods which are widely used in seismic, ground-electromagnet exploration, super-sound wave detecting, etc. into the high-frequency electromagnet waves digital signal process; and creatively put forward a new concept: wavelet divided-frequency. It's proved by project and practices that this new method is really efficient and useful. This method widens the range of application of wavelet analysis theory, and provide a new thought for resolving the problem of high-frequency electromagnet waves digital signal process. The author adds this method to the signal process procedure and forms a set of high-frequency electromagnet waves digital signal process method with special feature.Firstly, the paper states the common theory knowledge about electromagnet transmitting; discusses its application conditions, integral forms, boundary conditions, resoling methods, etc, and extends these methods into the attrition media; discusses the transmitting principles of the high-frequency electromagnet waves transmits in the attrition media, and use these knowledge to analyses the GPR's wave field. Secondly, the paper make a brief introduction of the theories, methods and technologies about the digital signal process. For the sake of simplification, the paper mainly discusses these methods which are used by the author: move-average method, wavelet-divide frequency, complex analysis, deconvolution, line-average, correlation analysis, etc. the paper adds a lot of practical examples to prove their efficiency and usefulness. After introduction these knowledge, the author put forward his resolving methods to this problem: how to get the useful signal from the high noise background and process the useful signal? It's proved by practices that the author's methods are efficient. In order to apply these technologies into the practice, the author has developed a useful software in Visual Basic and MATLAB. This software's models are designed independently, including data I/O, signal feature analysis, signal process and the visual data...,etc. By running test and several projects practice, It's proved that this software can satisfies the practice's demand and it has the guide meaning to the project practice.
