In this thesis, applications of several new algorithms of FDTD and MoM (Method of Moment) in waveguide slot antenna array are studied. First, a new locally conformal FDTD scheme suitable for analyzing bulletheaded slot is presented, with which the errors of two schemes transforming from bulletheaded slot into rectangular slot are compared. This new algorithm is also employed in analyzing an oblique bulletheaded slot in the broad wall of a rectangular waveguide. Then a new type of non-uniform FDTD scheme is used to analyze a thin slot. Numerical results show its validation and efficiency. The analysis of complicated power division networks can be realized with a new scheme presented in this thesis, which combined the FDTD method with the generalized network connection theory. An efficient FDTD scheme which deals with the bolt tuner in waveguide power divider is described in this thesis. Finally, a rigorous analysis with Sinusoidal Galerkin Method is made of a broad wall slot coupler between two crossed rectangular waveguides. The analysis of the relationships among its S parameters is also made.
