Research Of CORBA Application In Telecommunication Management Network

Currently the specifications of TMN have been not only obeyed but also applied during the construction of telecommunication network in China. While TMN greatly benefits the network management, there are some drawbacks in its architecture and application, which obstruct the improvement of telecommunication service level. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the architecture and application of TMN in order to accomplish network management and optimization and bring the network management function into full play.Firstly, the thesis states the specifications of TMN in detail and concludes some key issues that TMN confronts. Then in order to provide possible solution, the thesis analysis the architecture of CORBA and suggests the integration of the technology of TMN and CORBA. Finally, we apply CORBA into the Project Heilongjiang Province Telecommunication Network Management.
