Study And Explore Of ERP Program For Middle And Small Enterprise

ERP-enterprise resource plan is a synthetic enterprise management massage system developed in the 90s of 19th century . It shows the direction and tendency of enterprise management in the future .Many enterprise in the world which used the ERP system successfully have gained high profits ,good management result and powerful capacity for competition . However domestic middle and small enterprises have become the dead angle for ERP application. Although many domestic enterprises have the demand for ERP, but the proportion of ERP utility is very low, less than 3%. The main idea of this article is the study for the way of and the exploration of middle & small enterprise ERP.First, the thesis explains the concept ,function and development of ERP system. Then analyses the cause of low successful proportion of ERP. After that the article enumerates several trends of ERP development.In the second part, the author puts forward 3 ways for middle & small enterprises ERP: 1) Hire 2) Enterprise union 3) Exploration ERP program for middle & small enterprises.At present the popular ERP in the market is the foreign ERP system. They are not suitable for the management system of domestic middle & small enterprises. At the same time, complicated structure , strict demand for technicians and works ,great difficulty for practice , long period for utility, and high price has made the middle & small enterprises difficult to bear. On the other hand , the middle & small enterprise ERP explored by the author has its characteristics: suitable for domestic management system , simple structure , middle & small enterprises , low price , easy to customize and successive exploration , short time for utilization , low risk , easy to operate , friendly program surface and low demand for works. So this ERP system is suitable for middle & small enterprises. Inaccordance with the ERP explored by the author , the third part of the thesis describes the procedure of middle & small ERP exploration. The main contents include : user demand investigation , business process rebuild , database creation , program model construction , program function surface design , data flow plan , program code write and technical improve.In the end , the article tells the practice procedure , utilization and maintenance of the middle & small enterprise ERP.
