The Application Of Software Radio Technologies In Short-Wave SSB Receiver

This paper introduces the history and principles of the software radio,discusses its key technologies,and predicts its market perspective in the mobile communications.This paper also provides a detailed project in the application of software radio in the short-wave SSB receiver,discusses the key techniques in the software receiver design,including under-sampling technique,direct digital synthesizing,digital down converter,quadrature digital signal processing and demodulation of the main analog-modulated signals.In this paper the specifications of the key devices are also presented. In the end the rule of gain distribution and the way to compute the output signal-to-noise ratio are given. This paper will be proved instructive in the software radio applications.
