By referring to the status quo of computers and networks and the advance of information technology, it discripts in detail the solution for the adjustment of virtual enterprise management.The thesis gives the plan of subject databases and enterprise model, proposes robust and flexible system software and hardware platforms and developing tools, designs and implements backbone networks based on optical fibre. Guided by the thesis, the project has achieved two-grade (the company and its branches) information system, integrated the sub-systems such as assignation,commerce,human resource and documentation,ect. It has estabilished and successfully run the port EDI center, and provided Internet access and information publication service as well.Considering with the challenge of market economy and the opportunity of digital management , the thesis puts forward the fascited-orgnization model for the development of virtual enterprise management technology to achive the timely,exact,sensitive and efficient enterprise management system based on Internet/Intranet.
