The Application System Of Short Message Service

With the rapid growth and the more competing of GSM mobile network, the development and the application of new technology and new service are mentioned to the most important place. Short message service is becoming more and more important as a kind of GSM basic service. The application of this service has grown more vigorous than ever before. This paper first analyzes the short message protocol and the procedure of short message processing .Then designing the application system of short message service based on GM360 modem, which includes sending and receiving short message inquiring database alerting Email and monitoring. After this, the qualities of this system are analyzed through the practical test data. Finally the developing tendency of short message service is introduced.
