Design, development and implementation of ERP(Enterpiise Resource Planning) and its subsystems deal with knowledge of not only business process, advanced management ideology, but also information technology, including software engineering, network technology, database technology, etc. Now, ERP is widely implemented in discrete manufactories, financial companies, telecom enterprises, and even university and public institutes. And of course, It can be implemented in continuous process industry. There are many differences between different kinds of industries, so development and implementation of ERP has its own characteristics and keystones. Taking a large-scale papermaking enterprise as an example, several basic theories and key technologies of how to design and implement ERP and its subsystems are discussed and analyzed in this thesis. in chapter one, the concept of ERP is introduced, as well as important place of supply department in ERP system. Some methods of general appraisement in the selection of partners in virtual enterprise, especially LTF-AIHP (Logarithmic Trigonometrical Fuzzy nalytical Hievarchy Process) , are mentioned. In chapter two, principles of implementation of ERP in Chinese enterprises are provided. Combined OMT(Object-Oriented Modeling Technology) with DPM(Data Platform Method), design and development of ERP in that large-scale papermaking mill are presented. Working circumstance and network structure of ERP are introduced in this chapter. Finally, because of its weightiness, the process of implementation of ERP is given in detail. In chapter three, taking the development and implementation of lumber supply management system as an example, several development methods of functional module system are introduced, and then combined and advanced. Meanwhile, the system is analyzed and its lower functional mode is established. B/S mode and several LAN technologies are introduced in this chapter. Finally, configuration and installation of system are presented, and several further tasks of this system are provided. In chapter four, importance of selection of partners in virtual enterprise is expounded firstly. And several methods of general appraisement are introduced. After analyzing weaknesses of these methods in practical implementation, a new LTF-AKP(Logarithmic Trigonometrical Fuzzy ?Analytical Hievarchy Process) arithmetic is presented and described in detail. At last, an example of partner selection of lumber supply management system based on LTF-A.HP is given. The last chapter summarized the whole paper and presents the works need to do in future.
