Digital read-out rotary Inductosyn transducers is a kind of angular measurement system using electro-magnetics theories. The low dynamic accuracy is the main problem existing in an angular measurement system in our country at present. This paper present the reason of low dynamic accuracy is limited by it抯 maximum tracking frequency from two aspects of investigates of theories and practices. We developed the high speed angular measurement system with high precision. In practice, Based on a new idea of whole opened ioop and signal process part closed loop, the inductosyn angle measurement system is designed. It breaks through the single type of closed loop or open loop mode. This paper analyzed the system character and explained the system working principle, hardware frame and analysis the typical circuit, the measure of improving the system tracking speed and diminishing the dynamic error are also discussed. The system has the advantage of high speed of closed tracking loop which detects the signal amplitude, high stabilization and high precision of opened loop which detects the signal phrase. So the whole system has the perfect performance of simple structure, high tracking speed, high precision and working stability. In the range of 00/s to 1300/s speed, the resolution of the system could reach 0.44 arc per second, and have high precision. At the end, the dynamic precision detects system were designed and the dynamic precision was also measured.
