In this paper, to design and implement DSP based inductosyn angle measuringsystem, inductosyn goniometer principle and signal processing technologies areelaborated, several common signal processing methods are analysed and compared.Then a design scheme of DSP based inductosyn angle measuring system is presented.In order to improve the accuracy of angle measurement system, the sources ofinductosyn error is intensive studied, then several kinds of error measurement andcompensation methods are studied.First of all, based on master inductosyn goniometer principle and signal processingtechnology, some signal processing methods including the feedback compensationmethod, demodulation decoding method, oversampling decoding method, and pulsecounting method are analysed and compared. Then Analysis on DSP to achieveinduction feasibility synchronizer goniometer, which is a bedding of DSP basedinductosyn angle measuring system.Secondly, the design of DSP based inductosyn angle measuring system isintroduced through different, Which can realize the Angle measurement in two ways bychoosing different circuit modules and Writing different programs.Further, to achieve the designed angle measuring system, the angle measurementsystem is debugged with the existing equipment. Debugging steps include excitationcircuit, amplifier circuit, AD7655sampling circuit, DSP decoding method to achieveoversampling angle solver, DSP pulse counting method to achieve angle solver, CPLDrealize ISA interface communication modules for debugging. The system can measureangle with amplitude discrimination and Phase discrimination methods.Finally, analysis of factors that influence inductosyn error are presented. Combinedwith the characteristics of errors caused by several key factors, an error model isestablished. An overview of error detection and error compensation methods are givenby the end of the article.
