With the rapid rising and popularization of internet, and a series of innovation on related technology in computer field, data transaction and delivery of information breaks through the limit of time and zones. Global Electronic Commerce achieved prompt development, The application and generalization brings great benefit to society and economy. Up to the present, it has become a tendency that Call Center applied into EC system. From my perspective of the freshly rising Internet Call Center and EC, the dissertation analyses the development of BC in the world and several primary BC models inside and outside. It also gives the knowledge of ERP, CRM and Call Center, which are wildly applied into BC system recently. The thesis focuses on the practical application in China Construction Bank ?the comprehensive Info. Platform System of 295 ASP & ICC. Combined with the actual operation of bank, expatiate the feasibility of integration of Foreign Exchange trading and ICC through internet and the situation of multimedia connection of ICC. Based on all above, a solution of ACD priority strategy is given. Additionally, the dissertation also gives a detailed introduction of the construction of Foreign Exchange Trading Platform and the dataflow & workflow of simulative FRX trading, which are also my task.
