| Centering technology is extensively applied to panel produce. For peeling, centering is more important. To develop the precision of centering and make full use of turnery log, it is a very important to study further how to center. This paper introduces in detail the present situation of centering technology and its trend throughout the world, and applies six-point centering method on the basis of three-point centering and four-point centering. Six-point centering that determines ellipse by six points to make centering practical is a more accurate theory of centering. It makes centering theory from circle section to ellipse section, which approaches to the section of turnery log. Then recovery rate is discussed with optimization. Interior point penalty method is developed to apply to its recovery optimization. Integrated design of robot and datum collecting are discussed. The centering theory developed in this paper will be meaning for further study of centering theory. |
