The Research And Realization Of The Antenna Sidelobe Adaptive Cancelling Technology

The antenna sidelobe cancelling is an effective measure to restrain active jamming. This paper puts emphasis on the research of the antenna sidelobe adaptive cancelling technology combining closely with the science research task of development of defence equipment. First this paper discusses the research background, the basic theory, the realizing means and several primary problems needing resolving and consideration of the antenna sidelobe cancelling technology in realization. Then the result of computer simulation of digital sidelobe cancelling for eliminating noise frequency modulation jamming is given which proves of validity of sidelobe cancelling. And this paper analyses the performance of the technology of the antenna sidelobe cancelling using single auxiliary antenna with singal plural weight and studies restriction of some primary factors to cancelling gain, such as noise of channel, frequency band and wave path difference, disparity of two pathes bandwith, disparity of two pathes center frequency, disparity of two pathes characteristic of amplitude and phase, etc. Corresponding formula of cancelling gain is derived and corresponding performance curve is gotton. Then demand of the antenna sidelobe cancelling technology with the background of strong jamming is put forward. The conclusion drawn from theoretical analysis makes a help to designing work of the antenna sidelobe cancelling in engineering. Finally this paper introduces briefly the whole scheme design of radar signal processor of some type. At the same time combining with technology parameter and tactics requirement of it, this paper introduces the design scheme and realization of hardware of the module of sidelobe cancelling of it in detail.
