| The present paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of the Control Center of Computer Monitoring System on Heat Network, which is composed of Control Center, Chief Station, Secondary Station and Director Station. The software is based on Windows NT Operating System and SQL Server Database System. The programming language is chosen as Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. The database management and configuration module performed in the software designing. MODEM communication technology also gets skilled application to achieve the multicast parallel communication. Layered software architecture is applied to get better performance of flexibility and extensibility. ADO is adopted in program to improve the data access reliability and speediness.
