How to simulate the forces of soil and apply it onto the mounted implements is the premise of doing indoor simulation experiment for a tractor unit. A kind of hydraulic loading system, with a proportional electrohydraulic pressure valve as its core component, is presented here. The resistance ratio of soil can be set as a fixed value, a sine signal or a signal according to the soil data obtained from a specific field. The system includes a supporting frame, hydraulic system, an electronic controller and a PC.The electronic controller, with 801 96kc as its CPU, either can control the loading system by itself or can be supervised by a PC, which is called the supervising PC. The controller can send all the data collected from the loading system to the supervising PC through serial communication port for saving, further analyzing and graph drawing.
