In recent years, along with the implementation of China's higher education charge policies and the fast developing scale of higher education, the amount of university's poor students is increasing unceasingly. University's poor students, a large and special group, have attracted much attention in all aspects, and become a new problem that university educators must face up to and study.At present, there is a lack of systematic and scientific research in the study of domestic university's poor students. The significance of this paper lies in supplementing certain limitations of the study of university's poor students'maturing, thus scientifically portrays the characteristics of such students, enhances the scientific nature in the maturing education of such students, and strengthens the actual effect of such education. This paper takes university's poor students as the study object of education, analyzes existing problems of such students from aspects of sociology, economics, psychology and so on, and the necessity, specialty and countermeasures of maturing education. In this way, it explores the countermeasures of such students'maturing and promotes the building of harmonious universities.This paper has three parts. The first part elaborates the definitions of university's poor students, talents, maturing, and the maturing of such students; also it elaborates the theoretical and practical significance in the maturing of such students. The second part analyzes existing problems and reasons in the maturing of such students. It mainly combines questionnaire survey and visiting results of such students. A comprehensive description of this problem is carried on from aspects of thoughts, psychology, academic records and interpersonal interaction. The third part puts forward countermeasures of this problem in view of improving the general economic situation, financial aids system, ideology and psychology building related to poor students.The author of this paper applies the method of theory to reality, based on the methods of applying material literature, logical induction analysis, comparison analysis as well as case analysis, it uses hierarchical analytic theory and method, discusses how to promote university's poor students to mature, providing certain references to government, society and universities in effectively solving the problems of such students. |
