With the development of information technology, network-based information on teaching has shown its unique advantage. It does not only provide a convenient learning opportunities to enrich teaching and learning environment and teaching resources, and make learning activities more autonomy, individuality, to greatly enhance the adaptability of education. Therefore, the use of the network to support the learning process becomes a hot issue in current research. Particularly as the IT for the faster subjects such development by learning to compensate for the lack of traditional classroom teaching, better promotion of student information literacy to enhance the more urgent.It has long been on the web-based information technology teaching high school for a lot of attention, but existing information technology high school site and can not meet the teachers and students on the demand for information technology curriculum, mainly in three aspects:the information can not meet the Bu Tong technical level of the needs of students; can not meet the different needs of students interested in orientation; can not give teachers a better platform for secondary students. This study sought to solve the above problem is an attempt.This information technology based on the needs of e-learning courses, dynamic web development technology, design and development of information technology networks in high school courses. The network program, including student learning and course management are two main interfaces. Interface design students to consider a different level of information technology, different needs of students interested in orientation, its main function modules include courses, applications, works exhibition, student-teacher interaction, practice and testing. Course management interface is set up for teachers, information technology curriculum, management, interface and design students, teachers, curriculum needs and students can learn at any time through the course management interface needs to add, modify, delete all function modules in the column and its contents, which for teachers to provide better conditions for secondary students.Through the three-month trial, the network used in the course good effect, and to some extent to meet the information technology high school teachers and students, teaching and learning needs of the curriculum.
