So the EMIS ,as an important section of educational informatization should be well developed.Teaching administration is the core of EMIS and it is also the item that the author had taken part in .At first,from the development of educational informatization and educational economy and etc,the author discusses the item's developing basis and background and sets forth the developing directory thoughts and theory foundation;then based on the syetem flow,the data flow and function and structure,the author emphasized how to make the EMIS design and select the following system's application development tools and running circumstance:Windows NT used as the basement,Sybase used as the data administration core,Powerbuider used as the application platform and use ASP to realize the interactive transmission between network information and backstage data;At last the author explains the key question and solution doing the system development .The system can set up the beginning frame for the campus information system.Now,the system had came into parallel transmitting phrase and played an important role in educational informatizition in institution of higher learing.
