In recent years, as China continues to expand the scale of higher education, college graduates have increased, but the form of employment is not optimistic. As the financial in the trouble, the employment of university graduates has become increasingly prominent, recently. Students Education employment is inevitable and necessary, in order to improve employment, and promote effective means of employment of graduates. Therefore, the employment impact of factors that affect college students, and propose a strategy for easing the employment of college students and higher education for sustainable development and social stability has a very important role. In this paper, "Graduate Employment" problem as the research object, an empirical survey of university graduates in Jiangsu, the survey data has a basis for more comprehensive to identify factors that affect college student's employment, and to explore its causes, and then conclude the appropriate measures.The purpose of this study:to learn the results of previous studies, students explore the employment of a full range of factors, tried to make up for the inadequacies of previous studies, the employment of college students want to study factors to further expand the depth and breadth. Through the actual data as a basis for analysis to conclude that the characteristic of its own from the college obtained university status and how to change the appropriate education measures.The paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter, an overview of the basic situation of the article; second chapter analyzes employment status of college students, paving the way to play the role of full test; third chapter is the center of this paper, through questionnaires, and the use of SPSS software data analysis, human capital factors were obtained and social capital factors on the employment of college students; the fourth chapter of this paper focuses on the specific analysis of the employment factors; and the last chapter will draw some relief employment, and education measures.The innovation of this paper is that the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, the research method based on the results of other studies has a certain nature. At the same time, we use the actual data as a basis for analysis from the empirical analysis, comparing assumptions, comes to education measures. For many scholars in recent years, the employment impact factors for college students, the author hopes her analysis, some factors can come a new meaning, as far as possible a comprehensive analysis of the employment impact of all the factors.Educational strategies drawn by the hope of students, universities and society have some reference. For college students, so that they fully understand the employment situation, according to the actual situation to develop their own careers, employment programs, to be able to develop as soon as possible to find a suitable career destination. For the university, the students comprehensive education employment benefit of university direct expression. Derived measures through education, universities can make up for deficiencies in the educational process and improve the university's education standards. For social and employment units, through the education measures obtained can help students and enterprises in the mutual choice, consider their work requirements and strive to make the requirements of individual and organizations to match, is conducive to the development of individual and organization goals.
