Migrant Workers Vocational Training Curriculum Development Research

China's main problem is that rural problems, while the root of the problem is that employment of farmers in rural. Employment of migrant works play an important role on China's rapid economic development, social substantial progress, the country's basic stability, and significantly improve people's living standards. Vocational education and training of migrant workers can development human resource, and surplus rural labor, and promote their employment needs. So it help build a harmonious society, accelerate the upgrading of enterprise technology needs, and improve the income of migrant workers. Vocational training courses for migrant workers play an important role in the vocational training of migrant workers.Curriculum development of migrant works vocational training lack the technical and methodological guidance. Through investigation we found that there are many problems in the course of vocational training migrant works. This research attempted to based on adult education theory, curriculum theory, and other related needs analysis theory with the right of migrant workers, taking Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province for example. By analyzing the status of the migrant workers vocational training courses, construction the model of migrant workers vocational training curriculum development.
