Migrant Workers Career Development Needs Under The Perspective Of Public Vocational Training Policy Research

Enterprise production technology updates faster than the increase of labor quality,the imbalances between the development of enterprise production technology and labor quality leads to structural unemployment.Just rely on the market by the enterprise labor training can't solve the problem,therefore,the government invested public training on large scale,to enhance the level of skills of the workforce and solve the problem of unemployment.Migrant workers has always been the object of the public training,the government attaches great importance to this special group of migrant workers,have issued a series of training policy,carry out various forms of training,vocational training of migrant workers problems become the focus in the vocational education.In the background of intergenerational transformation,the status of the public training which aim is to realize the social stability?What is the migrant workers' true demand?How to improve the public training?Based on the above thinking,this article from the perspective of migrant workers' development demand,on the basis of analyzing public training's development stages and policy implementation,through empirical research to get the problems existing in the public training,then give suggestions to improve teaining system,make the public training can better improve the skills of migrant workers,help them to realize the sustainable development of their career.This thesis mainly includes five chapters,as follows:The first chapter is an introduction.Explain research's origin and significance;summarize relevant research achievements to ensure research foundation and space;explain research design specifically;define the core concepts.The second chapter is the study of public training's development process.Based on the related policy,according to different stages to present our country public training.And through the analysis on the implementation of the public training policy,on the basis of confirming public training's phase characteristics,to grasp the training's present situation and problems.The third chapter is through questionnaire survey,grasp the present situation of Shanghai migrant workers' public training;and understand migrant workers' demand for vocational training,in order to know the gap between the present situation and the demand.The fourth chapter is based on the requirement of migrant workers to public training,through comparison,analyze the problem of public training's supply.The fifth chapter is aimed at the problems of public training,combined with the conclusion of existing research data and investigation result,put forward the suggestions to perfect the public training.
