| The social competence is not only the fundamental requirements of the society to talented person, but also the important expression of mental health. So, the social adaptation research, which needs to be studied carefully, is not only the personal problem of college students, but also the great problem of educating and training talents of the college. What's more, vocational education is the important component of higher education, with the purpose of training practical and technical talents having a certain theoretical knowledge and strong practical abilities and facing professional requirements such as grass-roots unit, production, service and management in forefront, furthermore, it is also the higher primary level of vocational education, having double properties of higher education and vocational education. Vocational education emphasizes the equal importance of theory teaching and practical training, for making the graduates have on-the-job abilities. Therefore, how to make the students in vocational college shorten the social adaptive phase quickly has become an important problem of the talent training of the tertiary vocational education. This article will research the detail measures of improving social adaptability of the students, which is the beginning of the research along with the aim of vocational education. Based on a mass of researches about the social adaptiveness of the predecessors, this article is hoped to break through the previous macroscopic research and find proper point of view to analyze the training of social adaptability of the students, break through the research aiming at the social adaptability of graduates and form feasible plan for the training of the social adaptability of the students in vocational colleges. This article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter (introduction) mainly introduces the significance of topic, related literature review, research method, point of view, the innovation and the inadequacy. The second chapter mainly introduces the related problems of vocational education and the social adaptability of higher vocational students. The third chapter introduces and analyzes the current situation of social adaptability and existing problem of the vocational students in our country, based on the research about the social adaptability of the vocational students in Sichuan. The last chapter analyzes the way and measure of strengthening the training of social adaptability of the students in vocational colleges in our country. |
