| Constuction of Guangzhou University Town is very important to the sustainable development of higer eduation of Guangdong Province. Its function is not only to expand the school size, increase enrollment, but also to help universities share their teching resources and make them sustainable development. Through sharing teching resources, universities can turn out more high quality students with limited resoures. And finally Guangzhou University Town turn into senior creative talents training centre in south china. Since 2004, Guangzhou University Town has been put into operetion for 6 years. What the advantages are ,what the obstacles are,and what principles and reforms we should resist to make sure sharing teching resoueces sustainably. This paper attemps to using empirical investigation and theoretical analysis to answer these questions.The body of this paper is divided into three parts. The first part directly points out the principle Guangzhou University Town is to make sure the coexistence of independent of university and sharing teaching resources. The secend part have two chapters. They are the second chaper and the third chapter. The second chapter analyzes the advantages of teaching resources sharing, and in third chapter empirical results reflect the poor performance of teaching resources sharing and analyzes the reasons.
