Along with information age's arrival , Kinds of information medium emerges one after another incessantly.The humanity is entring the phase which takes the multimedia computers and the network service technology in the lifelong.Facing the numerous network resources and magnanimous overload message, how to gain the effective information and sharpen the information-handling capacity, that is the realistic question which needs to reply and solve urgently. Therefore, The knowledge management arises at the historic moment. Knowledge management's concept produces in the 1990s at the beginning which appears in the management science domain at first. Along with the education informationization and the digital age arrivaling, more and more people start to pay attention to manage and process the information capacity.More and more domestic and foreign scholar's arouse interest which enhances knowledge management ability of students. The student knowledge management is the process and method which the student gain data with the present information technology tool, cause it to transform as the information consciously and purposely, causes the information to internalize for the aknowledge by organizating and processing, and carries on the dissemination through the medium, then realizes the knowledge innovation, dominanted, shared .This article main focuses attention in independent college students because it is fact that the present our country higher education adopts multiplex pattern in the personnel training, the source aspect and different level colleges is big difference in student qualities. This research takes the knowledge management theory as the instruction and takes the knowledge management present investigation in independent collge student as the basis.After analyzing the influence of effect not ideal in independent collge student knowledge management and unifing of student's characteristic , Propose optimized strategies that suit the independent institute student knowledge management and carry on the optimization design to the student knowledge management process with several network management tool in present . The practice part of this thesis is carried on in the graduates of Hebei University in Business Collge, subject of Electrical Engineering. After 4 months'application of strategies, the passion of members is evidently advanced, which approves the validity of the strategies.
