| "Knowledge-based society"coming has made the output of knowledge into exponential growth, it brings out the tremendous challenge for university teachers, the special groups who are guiding the knowledge forefront. How to acquire, preserve, share and apply knowledge has become the problem resolved imperiously. After knowledge management has been introduced in the field of education and integrated with information technology, which make it possible for teachers to manage personal knowledge efficiently.This paper has started with the relationship of information and knowledge, and has set forth systematically university teacher's personal knowledge on the basis of the concepts of teachers'personal knowledge, university teachers'professional characteristics, university teachers'personal knowledge characters and university teachers'personal knowledge classification. University teachers'personal knowledge management theory has been discussed in detail, combining the education changes of knowledge management theories with university teachers'personal knowledge management dimensions and procedures analysis.On the basis of university teachers personal knowledge management theories and connection with the university teachers personal knowledge management status, influencing factors of university teacher's personal knowledge management which include environmental factors, teachers subjective factors and the computer skill level factors have been analyzed in detail. According to these factors, optimized strategies of university teachers'personal knowledge management are proposed. These strategies are tested by the typical cases. Finally, tests results of strategies are obtained. |
