The independent college is a special product of the popularization of higher education in our country.In recent years,it has made a leap from "scale expansion" to "connotation development".At present,independent colleges are in the critical period of transformation,and improving the quality of talent training is the core task of the university.Student affairs management is a very important content in the internal governance of independent colleges,and it is also the cornerstone to determine the quality of student training.The implementation of flexible management of student affairs can not only cultivate high-level and high-quality talents,but also promote the connotative development of independent colleges.On the background of the transformation of independent colleges,this paper studies the contents of student affairs management in independent colleges,and puts forward the possibility of realizing flexible improvement in student affairs management.The study clarifies the definition of core concepts,explains the background of the transfer of independent colleges,selects flexible management theory as the theoretical basis,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of realizing flexible management of student affairs in independent colleges.Based on the present situation of the independent college student affairs management,using the case study method,the Z college as the main research object,through interviews and questionnaire survey analysis,mining the main problems in the current independent college student affairs management,analyzes the reasons of the problem,the goal of the independent college student affairs,and the flexible management and strategy.It is found that the main problems of student affairs management in the current independent colleges are as follows:the management philosophy is centered on the system,the change of student affairs in the independent colleges is ignored,and the humanistic care of students is lacking.The management process is still dominated by teachers,so it is difficult for students to participate in the management of student affairs and meet the actual needs of students.The management organization takes the administration as the framework,the administrative degree of the management operation is high,the management department is not closely connected,the professional degree of the management personnel is low,the job mobility is greater,the operation mechanism is not flexible enough,and the lack of due supervision and evaluation.The so-called flexible strategy refers to the more humanized and flexible management implemented by independent colleges in order to improve the quality of talent cultivation,fit the development trend of the transfer of independent colleges,and meet the practical needs of students in independent colleges.Independent college flexible management strategy is mainly follow the humanized management purpose,make the management of the dual main body,set up specialized management structure,build a flexible management mechanism,and the actual operation,flexible control to guarantee independent college student affairs management implementation flexibility improvement,and realize sustainable development. |
